- Part-time or Full-time
- Starting pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
In this role, you will...
- Perform a full range of maintenance and repairs on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance.
- Successfully complete product training with the skills to service color and black & white multifunction systems.
- Maintain vehicle inventory.
- Provide customer training on assigned products in accordance with current field procedures.
- Manage call activity and perform associated administrative tasks.
- Complete other related tasks as deemed necessary.

- To be detail oriented and customer service driven.
- An affinity for networking. Previous copier/printer service experience a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude along with critical thinking.
- A valid driver’s license.

- part time or full time
- Starting pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
In this role, you will...
- Be responsible for delivering, installing, connecting, and training clients on network copiers, printers, and scanners.
- Perform network installation at clients’ sites ensuring compliance with set guidelines and procedures.
- Complete the connectivity of equipment by installing printer software onto workstations/servers and install/configure scanning software.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during network installation and training utilizing all resources available to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during network installation, training and/or testing utilizing all resources available to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Provide customized training to end users.
- Rebuild, reinstall OS, update firmware and update various print controllers.
- Perform back-up IT helpdesk duties when requested.
