Would be willing to pay for a Mechatronics AAS degree

  • part time or full time
  • Starting pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

In this role, you will...

  • Perform a full range of maintenance and repairs on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance.
  • Successfully complete product training with the skills to service color and black & white multifunction systems.
  • Maintain vehicle inventory.
  • Provide customer training on assigned products in accordance with current field procedures.
  • Manage call activity and perform associated administrative tasks.
  • Complete other related tasks as deemed necessary.

  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
  • To be detail oriented and customer service driven.
  • An affinity for networking. Previous copier/printer service experience a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude along with critical thinking.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Would be willing to pay for a Network Administration AAS degree

  • part time or full time
  • Starting pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

In this role, you will...

  • Be responsible for delivering, installing, connecting, and training clients on network copiers, printers, and scanners.
  • Perform network installation at clients’ sites ensuring compliance with set guidelines and procedures.
  • Complete the connectivity of equipment by installing printer software onto workstations/servers and install/configure scanning software.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during network installation and training utilizing all resources available to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during network installation, training and/or testing utilizing all resources available to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Provide customized training to end users.
  • Rebuild, reinstall OS, update firmware and update various print controllers.
  • Perform back-up IT helpdesk duties when requested.
