Mary Koralewski: Remote Service Session

Today Synjn Zane worked remotely to connect my computer to our printer. He hit a few roadblocks, tried a couple different things, reached out to another person for assistance, and fixed my problem. I don't usually have such a good experience with customer service. Synjn wasn't satisfied with just connecting the computer to the printer, but worked with it to enable it to use the paper drawers that I wanted instead of the one that "automatically" was set up.
Please take a minute to acknowledge his good customer service and his willingness to completely solve my connection issues.

Tami Goley: Great Service

Great service! Had issues with our finisher but Eric (the tech) handled it with such professionalism and we are back up and running. Any time you call, the staff are friendly and whether you are ordering staples, toner or need service they are often there the same day.

your representative Robert Pattinson. His attitude is unfailingly positive and friendly. He is prompt in his 
response to service requests. His knowledge of our copier is impressive, and he always stays as long as needed
while we are printing to insure that the repairs are complete and the copier is working.
